Is CBD legal?
Agricultural Hemp CBD was made legal in 2013 by the Farm Bill Act, signed into law by the President Of The United States. CBD from agricultural hemp has been removed from the Controlled Substance Act. Therefore, it is not defined as marijuana when: 'it has less than .03% THC' & 'It is grown by State approved Hemp Pilot Programs or imported from outside of the United States.'
While federal law has a tolerance of .03% THC, some states have passed laws requiring 0% THC. Our CBD oil is tested three times to fully ensure a 0% THC content.
